Winepair has made a fair attempt to match varieties available to us… Nothing too inspiring though. Since the new season is expected to launch in July, I may recommend a crisp, mineralic Riesling with a bit of residual sugar (just a bit) from the romantic Middle Rhine Valley. Plenty of castles there, and in the Rhine Valley they used to rob and kill each other at every opportunity, too.
